Kelly Ellice Houck

Kelly Ellice Houck, a lifelong native of Aiken, Bamberg and Barnwell counties, has had a lifetime of exposure to the real estate industry. She is the daughter of Don Houck. She was taught at the young age of 15 when her father started Southern Pines Plantations, LLC. She has managed property on Hilton Head, Hunting Island and Edisto beach for over ten years. Kelly operated several businesses to include Swan Antique Mall and Sunnyside On Laurens garden shop located in downtown Aiken. Robert Duane Asbill and Kelly Houck co-founded Fontaine Real Estate Company to serve the interests of the public.
